Extremely good work from Flooring America by Donna and Aaron. Donna went the extra mile to arrange a relatively small wood flooring repair. Wood floor along one wall was discolored by exterior water leak. Repair project was tricky because the oak floor is engineered wood “floated” over concrete slab. Damaged flooring needed to be cut out, replaced, and joined to the remainder of the floor. Donna made a number of trips here in the past month or more. She made calls to a number of subcontractors before she found one who was willing to tackle it. She ordered some T molding ahead of time and confirmed it would match our floor. The damaged floor was replaced today by Aaron, an experienced floor contractor.

We were referred to Bob Kerwin last year when we remodeled our kitchen and also wanted to install a new floor throughout the downstairs. Bob was very helpful in selecting the right flooring for us. He coordinated the install timing with the other contractors involved in the kitchen demo and cabinet installation. Everything worked out perfectly. The installers, Aaron and Scott, were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and quality of the finished product. This year we contacted Bob again to get the same flooring installed throughout the rest of the house. We made a point of requesting Aaron and Scott for the installation. Once again, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and finished product. Done on time, on schedule, and high quality – again. This company is the best and if we had more floor to replace we’d hire them in a heartbeat!!
